Z-Trip Will Perform on the Next MikiDz Show
The one and only Z-Trip will make his return to DJcity’s MikiDz Show on October 24, 2016. It will be his second appearance on the show, the first of which was in 2010.
The live stream will begin at 3 a.m. GMT and be hosted by MikiWAR and DJ Dainjazone.
Check out Z-Trip’s set from 2010 below. The show has come a long way since then!

DJ Semtex Interview With DJ Dubl
DJ Dubl sat down with DJ Semtex at Sony Music HQ in London to talk about his brand new book, “Hip Hop Raised Me”. They spoke about Semtex’s DJ career and whether he thinks he gets the credit he deserves and how and why the book came about and the similarities of releasing a book to releasing a music album with a record label.
Semtex also spoke about the relevance of detailing his challenging childhood and losing his right arm, which he talks about in great detail in the book. This interview is definitely one to watch if your are a hip hop head. Make sure you check out Semtex’s book “Hip Hop Raised Me”, which is out now.

Serato Adds macOS Sierra Support to Serato DJ
Serato has added support for macOS Sierra to Serato DJ. Sierra is the latest version of Apple’s desktop operating system, which was formally known as OS X.
However, the company has advised DJs to check the compatibility of their hardware with Sierra before upgrading. Many devices do not currently support Sierra and others require driver or firmware updates.

First Look: Traktor Pro 2.11 Public Beta
DJcityTV’s Mojaxx has provided a first look at the public beta of Native Instruments’ Traktor Pro 2.11. The update introduces hardware support for Pioneer DJ’s CDJ-2000NXS2 and DJM-900NXS2 and Allen & Heath’s Xone:PX5. Other additions include support for Ableton Link and a step sequencer for the Remix Decks.

Serato DJ Support Coming to Pioneer’s DJM-900NXS2
The lack of Serato DJ support in Pioneer DJ’s DJM-900NXS2 mixer has been a deal breaker for many people. Thankfully, Serato has announced that support for Serato DJ will come to the DJM-900NXS2 by the end of the year.
The support will be available as part of the Serato DJ Club Kit license bundle, which is comprised of Serato DJ and the DVS Expansion Pack.
