Kanye’s ‘Dark Fantasy’ Receives Future Bass Remix From Cutswell and Squared

Arizona DJ/producers Cutswell and Squared have delivered a future bass remix of Kanye West‘s 2010 anthem, “Dark Fantasy.” The duo’s creative rework breathes new life into the Yeezy classic, making it playable in club and festival environments.

Born in Boston and based in Scottsdale, Cutswell holds residencies across the US, including in Chicago, Miami, and San Diego. He has also been involved with high-profile events, such as the NBA All-Star Weekend and Red Bull 3Style.

Squared serves as a mixer at Phoenix’s Power 98.3 hip-hop and R&B station.

Following his popular remix of Missy Elliott‘s “Work It,” German DJ/producer Richastic has returned with a rework of Kanye West‘s 2005 hip-hop anthem, “Gold Digger.”

In the “Gold Digger” remix, Richastic fuses the track’s original style with his signature moombahton flair.

Richastic has had three tracks appear on DJcity’s monthly top 50 chart in 2019: remixes of Akon’s “Bananza (Belly Dancer),” will.i.am‘s “I Got It From My Mama,” and Missy Elliott‘s “ Work It.”

Watch Nas’ ‘Cops Shot the Kid’ Video Feat. Kanye West

Nas has shared a fitting video for his Nasir track “Cops Shot the Kid” featuring Kanye West. The visual, which sees a man being chased by two police officers, includes a cameo from legendary rapper Slick Rick, whose 1989 classic “Children’s Story” is sampled in the song.

Nick Bike’s edit of “Cops Shot The Kid” was one of the most-downloaded tracks of July.

Kanye West and Lil Pump have teamed up for a bouncy new single titled “I Love It” featuring actress/comedian Adele Givens. The NSFW track was premiered with a video during Thursday’s Pornhub Awards, which Kanye creatively directed.

In the comedic visual, Kanye and Lil Pump shimmy down a hallway in giant, box-like outfits.

“I Love It” features production from Kanye, DJ Clark Kent, CBMix, and Ronny J.

Dopey Performs Routine With Kanye’s ‘Black Skinhead’


Former DMC World DJ champion Dopey has delivered a creative performance using Kanye West’s 2013 single, “Black Skinhead.” The Canadian turntablist told DJcity he kept tweaking the routine until he could perform it live during his shows, not just at home.
