Introducing the Red Bull 3Style X Indonesia finalists: FLAME, E-ONE, DJ Kevin Adam, DJ Style, DJ BART’O, and Tiosan. All six will compete at BOCA RICA in Jakarta on November 30.

Martin Solveig and Dragonette’s ‘Hello’ Remixed by Mr. M!X: DJcity Exclusive

Mr. M!X, a 20-year-old Dutch DJ/producer, has put a fresh spin on of Martin Solveig and Dragonette‘s pop hit “Hello.” The remix is available exclusively on DJcity.

Upon its release in 2010, the track hit number one on Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart. It also topped charts throughout Europe and was eventually certified platinum by the RIAA.

Mr. M!X’s tracks have already seen success on DJcity. His remix of Diana Ross‘”Upside Down” was one of DJcity’s most downloaded tracks of March.

Pioneer DJ Announces DDJ-XP2 Add-On Controller

Pioneer DJ has announced the DDJ-XP2, an add-on controller for rekordbox dj and Serato DJ Pro.

The DDJ-XP2 adds to the functionality of the DDJ-XP1, but retains the build quality and layout of the original unit.

Key new features include:

– Works natively with both rekordbox dj and Serato DJ Pro
– 32 performance pads
– Silent Cue feature available in Serato DJ Pro for the first time
– Unique Slide FX control

‘MikiDz Podcast’: How to Connect with a Club Booker

Ten years ago, MikiWAR and DJ Dainjazone teamed up to launch the MikiDz Show, the popularity of the series inspired the creation of the MikiDz Podcast. On this week’s episode, the crew shares their tips for connecting with the talent buyers responsible for booking DJs. Networking with these bookers can make or break a DJ’s career, and is essential to getting your foot in the door at new venues.

MikiWAR, DJ Dainjazone, and DJ Rell also discuss some of their recent gigs and events, including a Migos performance in Las Vegas.
