Angie Vee and Bella Fiasco also explained how they approach marketing and music curation for their Instagram Live sets, while Lady Sha described some of the challenges that she faced while DJing when she was pregnant.

Boom City Jam Session Vol. 1 features a “Q&A”-style scratch session with turntablists Alx Plato, Kompoze, DJ SWORDZ, Redmist, Blam, Symatic, Peter Parker, Jimmy Penguin, Android, Kutclass, DJ Robert Smith, Kodac Visualz, Kubik, DubbaDutch, and Bakon One. The crew cuts over an instrumental by Oslo Flow‘s Alx Plato.

Japan’s renowned turntablist, DJ IKU, demonstrates a beat juggling technique for CDJs on the latest episode of GENRE BNDR‘s CH419.

Since most nightclubs carry CDJs over turntables, the 2010 Red Bull 3Style Japan champion wanted to showcase some club-friendly beat juggling alternatives.
