Donae’o Announces ‘Chalice’ Mix Competition
The talented UK artist Donae’o announces his mix competition for his latest single “Chalice”. The competition is open to DJs and producers to make a mix, mash-up, or remix of his club banger.
The winner will win £200 cash, a chance to work with Donae’o himself, and a dubplate of “Chalice”. Four runner-ups will also get a duplate of “Chalice”.
The link for the instrumental and acapella of the single can be found on Donaeo’s Instagram page. To enter, all you have to do is post your entries on Instagram with the hashtag #chalicemixchallenge and @Donaeo in the post.
The competition closes on 21st December and the winner will be announced by Donae’o on 22nd December.

Donae’o releases his first single “Chalice” of his forthcoming album to be released next year. The single features Belly and is produced by Calvin Harris.
Donae’o does it again as he drops another club banger. The single has a rhythm that immediately makes you want to starting jamming to it.

Watch Giggs’ ‘Linguo’ Video Feat. Donae’o
Giggs dropped the video to his hit track “Linguo”, which is from his recently released mixtape, Wamp 2 Dem. The track sees Giggs collaborate with Donae’o, as they release another banger post “Lock Doh”. The video sees cameos from Chip, Kano, Ghetts, Lethal Bizzle, and more.
“Linguo” was DJcity UK’s 6th most downloaded track of October.

Donaeo Interview With DJ Dubl
DJ Dubl‘s new interview is with the legendary UK artist, Donaeo! They talk about his entry to the music scene and how producer ‘Sticky’ mentored him with regards to being a producer. Donaeo discusses how he crosses across so many genres without changing his sound or sounding out of place on the records and how he came up with the name ‘Donae’o’.
They break down his latest project ‘Sixteen’ in great detail and talk about his latest single “Let Me”. Donaeo explains that keeping younger artists around him helps to keep him plugged in and relevant, but also that it helps to keep the younger artists in touch with the culture and how to move correctly in music. Donaeo has been instrumental in most stages of most UK ‘Urban’ music genres, whether as a producer, song writer, feature or artist.
He talks about producers that inspired him, who he’d most like to work with and throws in a few memories from his studio sessions with Giggs!

Donaeo Drops Video for ‘Black’ Feat. JME & Dizzee Rascal

Giggs Releases Video to ‘Lock Doh’ Featuring Donaeo
Giggs dropped the official music video for one of the biggest tracks off his new album, “Lock Doh”.
The video was filmed at his private Landlord party, which features Donaeo, who of course features on and produced the track. Watch the video above.
The track has also been remixed by Tinie Tempah. Check out the remix HERE.
