DJcity works with music producers from countries around the world. Two of those are the Netherlands and Belgium, small yet influential nations in the scene.

To put a spotlight on our team there, we put together a list of some of their best remixes from the past month. All of the tracks are DJcity exclusives.

Destiny’s Child – Jumpin’, Jumpin’ – D’Maduro Remix

Chris Brown – Undecided – Kevin D Remix
The Dutch DJ/producer currently has two remixes on DJcity’s Hot Box chart.

This was one of DJcity’s most downloaded tracks of January.

Vanessa Carlton – Thousand Miles – Lennert Wolfs Remix
A dancehall-influenced rework of Carlton’s 2002 pop hit.

Emerging Toronto DJ/producer Lincoln Baio has given The Notorious B.I.G.‘s timeless anthem “Hypnotize” a dancehall twist. His 102 BPM rework adds new drums and samples while keeping much of the original track intact.

To cap off a massively successful year, Post Malone dropped his single “Wow.” on Christmas Eve. The track, which is a change of pace from Post’s usual trap sound, is currently No. 9 on Billboard’s Hot 100. Its timing coincides with a resurgence of 100 BPM range tracks.

Laidback Luke Gives DJcity His Exclusive Bootleg of DJ Snake’s ‘Taki Taki’

Veteran DJ/producer Laidback Luke has dropped a “twisted house” bootleg of DJ Snake‘s bilingual hit, “Taki Taki.”

Developed by Luke, twisted house is a style that combines tribal-influenced house beats with, in his words, “crazy sounds and bleeps.”

Luke’s “Taki Taki” bootleg is available exclusively on DJcity, along with three other of his new twisted house bootlegs (Gnarls Barkley‘s “Crazy,” Zedd‘s “Happy Now,” and The Chainsmokers‘ “Side Effects“).

Macklemore’s ‘Can’t Hold Us’ Remixed by Kevin D: DJcity Exclusive

Rising Dutch DJ/producer Kevin D has kicked off the new year with a high-energy, moombahton remix of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis‘ 2011 smash “Can’t Hold Us.”

The original version reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart two years after its release, becoming Spotify’s most streamed song of 2013. It has since gone six-times platinum.

Kevin D had a big 2018. Six of his remixes appeared on DJcity’s monthly Top 50 chart. Most notably, his rework of Don Omar‘s “Danza Kuduro” was one of DJcity’s most downloaded remixes of the year. And the Dutchman is off to a good start this year: his flip of Chris Brown‘s “Undecided” is currently No. 15 on DJcity.

Ricky Martin’s ‘Maria’ Remixed by DJ Silence: DJcity Exclusive

Dutch DJ/producer Silence has delivered an upbeat, Latin house remix of Ricky Martin‘s 1995 hit single, “María.” His version maintains some of the original vocals while adding a tribal and Dutch house-influenced drop.

“María” appeared on Ricky Martin’s third studio album, A Medio Vivir. The track peaked at No. 6 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart and made the top 10 in over a dozen other countries.

Silence’s version follows his remix of the Fugees‘ “Ready Or Not,” which was one of the most downloaded tracks of November on DJcity.
