Dutchman Tomcio returns with an uptempo, bass-laden take on “Hey Mama,” David Guetta‘s 2014 collaboration with Afrojack and Nicki Minaj. The global top 10 pop and dance hit was a hook-driven electro-trap banger. Tomcio’s remix gets a racing and booming moombahton refresh.”

“Normally, I remix urban classics that are way older, but ‘Hey Mama’ seems a bit forgotten despite being less than seven years old, and I really wanted a new version of it for my DJ sets,” says Tomcio. “So I provided more energy and my Dutch moombah style.”

Watch Sean Paul and David Guetta’s ‘Mad Love’ Video Feat. Becky G

Sean Paul and David Guetta have shared a colorful video for their Becky G-assisted single, “Mad Love.” The track was DJcity’s No. 5 most-downloaded song of February.

The visual finds Sean and Becky sharing some dance moves in a neon-lit room. Guetta hangs out alone in a room next door before eventually joining the party.

“Mad Love,” which was co-written by Shakira, is believed to be a single from Sean’s forthcoming seventh studio album.

David Guetta Releases New Track ‘Dangerous’


 
Nearly three months after dropping his chart-topper “Lovers on the Sun,” David Guetta has released a new single from his forthcoming album, Listen. For “Dangerous,” French DJ/producer teams up again with singer-songwriter Sam Martin, but this time the tempo is slower and there’s a bit of a groove. Guetta also dropped a big room remix of the track for those looking to stay around 128 BPM.

Prior to his set at Tomorrowland a couple weeks ago, French Producer/DJ David Guetta sat down with CNN to discuss the rise of dance music and its future. During the interview, Guetta likens the evolution of dance music to hip-hop and predicts that “it’s going to grow even bigger.”
