‘R.O.A.D. Podcast’: Shell Corporation on the Benefits and Limitations of Live Streaming

Shell Corporation, a DJ crew comprised of DJ Moma, DJ Sean G, DZA, Silent Addy, and Spinser Tracy, joined the R.O.A.D. Podcast last week. The group discussed the benefits and limitations of live streaming DJ sets.

The fellas also debated if a low viewership on Instagram Live can hurt a brand and how appropriate it is to solicit tips while live streaming.

N.O.R.E.’s ‘Nothin’’ Remixed by Richastic : DJcity Exclusive

Moombahton specialist Richastic‘s latest DJcity exclusive remix flips N.O.R.E.‘s 2002 hit “Nothin’.” Produced by The Neptunes, “Nothin” reached the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100 chart upon its release.

The added percussion and chopped lyrics add to the unique, funky feel of the dembow-style remix. In regards to this creation, Richastic says, “[my remix] is an attempt to transform the rap classic into a new look without harming the hip-hop culture. But decide for yourself.”
