Skratch Bastid and DJ Puffy, the reigning Red Bull 3Style World Champion, have teamed up for a soca turntablism routine. The two-minute performance makes use of the Ultimate Rejects‘ energetic new single, “Full Extreme.”

Bastid and Puffy will perform together again at Bastid’s BBQ, which will take place on June 17 at the Caribbean-themed Carivibe Beach and Food Festival in Canada.

DJ Puffy is known for his dancehall and soca-heavy sets, but the Red Bull 3Style World Champion isn’t limited to those genres. On his new video for DJcityTV, the Barbados native puts down a four-minute routine of new and throwback hip-hop.

Watch DJ Puffy’s Winning Set at Red Bull Thre3style World Finals

Barbados’ DJ Puffy was crowned the 2016 Red Bull Thre3style World Champion in Santiago, Chile on Saturday night.

The 24-year-old party rocker faced stiff competition from Australia’s Beast Mode, Canada’s Trapment, Japan’s DJ You-Ki, and the United Kingdom’s JFB.

Judging the battle were legends DJ Jazzy Jeff, Craze, Z-Trip, DJ Nu-Mark, and Skratch Bastid.

Like his previous Thre3style sets, Puffy’s performance was distinguished by an energetic stage presence, Caribbean rhythms, and dubplates.

“I am an energy factory, I’m overwhelmed,” Puffy said after the win. “I will carry the torch the best I can as the best DJ in the world for the next year.”

Red Bull Thre3style Selects DJ Puffy as Second Wildcard

Red Bull Thre3style has selected Barbados’ DJ Puffy as the second wildcard competitor for the 2016 world finals. The third and final wildcard will be announced next Wednesday.
