DJ Dubl & DJ Stylus Discuss Anxiety, Depression, & Mental Health in the DJ World
London’s DJ Dubl and Manchester’s DJ Stylus drop their latest “Talkover Podcast” and discuss in detail a very important topic, health issues in the DJ world.
They explore why so many DJs (and other music industry professionals) suffer from disorders like anxiety, depression and stress as well as the common fact that most people suffering stay silent. They talk about possible solutions, plus ways to help cope with these issues. Both have suffered quite badly from anxiety as DJs and they discuss their own personal experiences with trying to be a creative minded, an active DJ, and battling with mental health issues.
