Mayeda Remixes Next’s ‘Too Close’
DJcity’s Mayeda is back with another remix, this time taking on Next’s “Too Close.” While it’s true that the 1997 R&B hit got a boost from the “Why You Always Lying” meme, the song was already a classic and received plenty of club play. Now, thanks to Mayeda, DJs have a tropical house and moombahton-flavored rework that they can play in their sets.

DJ Drew and Mayeda Remix Jess Glynne’s ‘Hold My Hand’
Los Angeles’ DJ Drew (KIIS FM) has teamed up with Mayeda (DJcity) on a progressive house remix of Jess Glynne‘s “Hold My Hand.”
Glynne is best known for singing on Clean Bandit‘s 2014 hit singles, “Rather Be” and “Real Love.” Her 2015 solo single, “Hold My Hand,” peaked at number one on the UK Singles Chart and received considerable success in the US.

Premiere: Pitbull Releases Mayeda-Produced Track ‘FREE.K’

Pitbull is back again and this time it’s with a house-influenced anthem titled “FREE.K.” The 124 BPM single features production from DJcity’s very own Mayeda, whose remix of 2Pac’s “California Love” is currently number two on DJcity’s “Hot Box” chart.

Mayeda Drops a Mix for the DJcity Podcast
This week’s DJcity Podcast is mixed by Mayeda aka DJ Megaman, a member of DJcity’s production team.
