Watch: DJ Revolution Wins Serato’s 2019 ‘Routine of the Year’ Award

Legendary West Coast DJ/producer, DJ Revolution, was presented with Serato‘s “Routine of the Year” award for 2019. His award-winning performance on Serato‘s In The Mix series includes a variety of hip-hop, rap, funk, and more.

DJ Revolution is mostly known for his DJ residency with Sway & King Tech on their nationally syndicated hip-hop radio exhibition called The Wakeup Show. He is also an instructor at Scratch DJ Academy‘s Los Angeles location.

DJ Switch Wins Red Bull 3Style North and West Africa Final

DJ Switch won the Red Bull 3Style X North and West Africa National Final on December 12, competing against PAPA SOUL, DJ Hamma, LEGEND, Sleam, and DJ SOY.

DJ Switch is an open-format DJ/producer based out of Nigeria. She is the first ever Red Bull 3Style North and West Africa champion.

Yesterday, DJcity revealed its most downloaded tracks of 2019. Today, we dive deeper to uncover the most popular remixes, bootlegs, and edits of the year.

The most downloaded remix, bootleg, or edit of 2019 was ZIGGY & Mr Bermuda‘s remix of Kevin Lyttle‘s “Turn Me On.” In terms of the most entries, Anthem Kingz led for the second year in a row with five apiece. Kevin D came in second place with four entries while Richastic got third with three remixes.
