Safety First! Releases New Single ‘Boom Boom Boom’ Feat. Contrass on DJcity Records

Manchester-based DJ/producer Safety First! pairs with Dutch vocalist Contrass for an update of The Outhere Brothers‘ 1995 hit “Boom Boom Boom.” The DJcity Records release replaces the thumping, rave-ready vibes of the original with a modern, Dutch house feel.

“Boom Boom Boom” continues to showcase how well Safety First! adapts classic styles to current dancefloors. His last release on DJcity Records, “Blue Monday,” was an energetic, contemporary rework of New Order’s 1982 synth-pop hit.

Intrigued by the unit’s promised six-hour battery life, built-in WiFi, and stereo line input for audio, Mojaxx gave it a road test to see how well it fits into a DJ’s workflow.
