ThugTronic Drops Debut Single, ‘Donchu Say’

The debut single from ThugTronic — a new duo composed of New York’s DJ Yonny and singer/producer Jason Paul — is now available exclusively at DJcity.
 
Unlike some groups, which took months, if not years to come to fruition, Thugtronic was formed within days of Yonny and Paul meeting each other. The two bonded on a mutual passion for various types of club music and completed an album in less than two weeks.
 
ThugTronic’s debut single, “Donchu Say,” is an uptempo track that combines their diverse influences into a futuristic dance anthem. Catchy horns and Paul’s soulful vocals and can be heard throughout.
 
In addition to their unique sound, ThugTronic has plans for an impressive live show. Paul told us their performances will feature the same visual technology that Michael Jackson planned to use for his “This Is It” tour, which unfortunately never happened.
