Watch 9 O’clock Produce Their New Track, ‘Moonbow’

Three-time DMC world team champions 9 O’clock are set to release their Escape EP at the end of November. In a new video posted on their YouTube channel, the trio can be seen producing “Moonbow,” a turntablism-influenced house track that appears on the project. The piece shows them recording the song’s various elements, including the melody, drums, and scratches.

9 O’clock Live Remixes Future’s ‘Mask Off’

Three-time DMC World Team Champions 9 O’clock have shared a video of themselves live remixing Future‘s hit single, “Mask Off.”

The track, which is currently number five on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, is the Atlanta rapper’s highest-charting single to date.

9 O’clock Live Remixes Schoolboy Q and Kanye West’s ‘That Part’

Three-time DMC World Team Champions 9 O’clock have lived remixed Schoolboy Q and Kanye West‘s single “That Part” in a new video.

The track was the 33rd most downloaded song on DJcity in May and peaked at number 40 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart in August.

Earlier this month, French turntablist trio 9 O’clock shared a documentary showing their meticulous preparation for the 2015 DMC World Team Championship. Today, the three-time champs are back with a beautifully shot video of the routine that won them the battle. Watch their six-minute set above, which is as flawless as it is dope.

If you’re a dedicated turntablist fan, chances are you’re familiar with 9 O’clock, the winners of last three DMC World Team Championships. The French trio, which is made up of Mr Viktor, Aociz, and DJ Hertz, has spent countless hours of practice and preparation.
 
To show what goes on behind the scenes, 9 O’clock has released a documentary about their preparation for the 2015 DMC World Team Championship. The 19-minute piece includes footage of them scratching, producing original music, conducting meetings and more.

Watch Mr Viktor’s ‘Ivory Remixes’ Routine


 
Though best known for being a member of the 2013 and 2014 DMC World Team Champions 9 O’clock, France’s Mr Viktor is also a talented producer and has released two EPs this year.
