Watch: Flipout Drops Creative Mix for Serato

Flipout, the Vancouver-based DJ and host of the Red Bull 3Style, has dropped a creative set for Serato’s In The Mix series. The 36-minute performance, which was recorded at Jazzy Jeff’s PLAYLIST Retreat, features mostly throwback hip-hop and remixes.

Watch: DJcity Hosts Ladies Linkup in Los Angeles

Last week, a diverse group of DJs from around Los Angeles got together for DJcity’s Ladies Linkup. The inspiring event, which took place at Madera Kitchen in Hollywood, included DJ sets by MissNINJA, OHLA, Sophia Lin, and DJ Zenes.

Organized by DJcity team members MISS DJ BLISS and DJ Dazzler, the gathering featured on-site headshots, raffle giveaways, as well as a special guest presentation by female-owned consulting agency woman.

Watch: DJ Hamma Drops Dancehall Tone Play Tutorial

The Super Hero DJs online school has dropped a tone play tutorial from Red Bull 3Style France champion DJ Hamma. In the routine, Hamma flips dancehall artist Spice‘s track “Needle Eye” into Lloyd Banks’ “Any Girl” featuring Lloyd.

Super Hero DJs offers multilingual lessons from world-class DJs, including former 3Style and DMC champs like Trayze, Hedspin, Fong Fong, JFB, and 69Beats.
