Pioneer DJ Announces DDJ-1000SRT Controller

Pioneer DJ has announced its latest Serato-enabled controller, the DDJ-1000SRT. The unit is based on the company’s club-standard CDJ and DJM mixer setup. The four-channel controller features full-sized jog wheels, 16 performance pads, two FX banks, DVS support, and more.
The DDJ-1000SRT unlocks Serato DJ Pro, and the first 5,000 units sold will also come with Serato DJ Suite. Suite includes Pitch ‘n Time, Serato Flip, Serato Video, and more.

SH8K Drops New EP ‘Bad Habits’

SH8K, a DJ/producer from San Diego and member of DJcity’s team, has put out a two-song house music EP titled Bad Habits. The EP features elements of bass and tech house sounds.
SH8K has DJed for some of the biggest names in the industry like Migos, YG, and 2 Chainz. His remixes have been supported internationally on radio, and at clubs and festivals.
The San Diego DJ/producer also runs a radio show with Shadowman called The Flip, which airs on SiriusXM and Pitbull’s Globalization station every Saturday.
