‘R.O.A.D. Podcast’: Lil Jon on the Success of ‘Turn Down For What’
Grammy-Award winning DJ/producer Lil Jon joined the R.O.A.D. Podcast this week. The fellas spoke to the King of Crunk about his 2013 smash “Turn Down For What” with DJ Snake.
Lil Jon also shared how he produced Too $hort‘s “Blow The Whistle” and E-40‘s “Tell Me When To Go” featuring Keak Da Sneak in the same week.

Detroit City Teams With Too Short for New Single
Detroit City, a new anonymous production duo, has teamed with legendary rapper Too $hort for a raunchy single called “Freeky.” The track, which is based on Mike Dunn’s 2008 groover, “Freaky MF,” combines elements of funk, house, and rap.
