‘R.O.A.D. Podcast’: DJ Aktive on DJing for Janet Jackson
On this week’s episode of the R.O.A.D. Podcast, the crew sat down with one of the most sought-after tour DJs in the music industry, DJ Aktive. The Phily native spoke about his experience DJing for Janet Jackson’s world tour.
Aktive also shared his plans to open up a DJ school in Philadelphia and talked about working with hip-hop legends like Diddy, Kanye West, and Nas.

Janet Jackson and Daddy Yankee have released their highly-anticipated collab, “Made for Now.” The track, which fuses afrobeats, Latin, and pop, is the singer’s fist single since 2016.
The video features Jackson dancing and strutting down the streets of Brooklyn in a variety of colorful outfits.
