Watch Gorgon City Perform on Pioneer’s DJsounds Show


 
Gorgon City is one of the most exciting deep house acts to come out of the UK in recent years. With hit singles such as “Ready For Your Love” and “Here For You,” the duo has achieved mainstream success in their home country and are crossing over into the US.
 
During a recent visit to Pioneer’s DJsounds Show, Gorgon City dropped an hour-long set packed with new deep house tracks. Watch above as Kye and Matt play back-to-back on the CDJ-2000NXS, DJM-900nexus and RMX-1000.

Scratch Perverts Perform on Pioneer’s DJsounds Show


 
London-based collective the Scratch Perverts (Tony Vegas and Prime Cuts) recently stopped by Pioneer’s DJsounds Show to perform a throwback set. Their 50 minute mix was packed with hip-hop classics ranging from the golden age to more recent times.
 
The session featured a rare setup as both DJs used vintage DJM-909 mixers (which they helped design) along with a pair of CDJ-2000NXS players and Pioneer’s new PLX-1000 turntables, handled by Tony and Prime respectively.

TJR Peforms on Pioneer DJsounds Show


 
Los Angeles-based DJ/producer TJR recently stopped by Pioneer’s DJsounds Show to perform a 60 minute mix and chat with host Dan Tait. Unlike many house DJs, the multi-talented TJR can lay down a scratch or two (check him at the 24 minute mark).
