Dillon Francis Gets Weird with Nardwuar


 
During a recent visit to Vancouver, EDM’s resident comedian Dillon Francis met up with the notorious Nardwuar to shoot the sh#t and chat about his career. Aside from some good laughs, we learned that Dillon was once obsessed with punk icon Darby Crash and is one of the only DJs to perform at both the Indy 500 and Comic-Con. Dillon also discussed his meltdown earlier this year at Holy Ship! after a girl spilled a drink on his laptop.

Dillon Francis Discusses His Love of All Genres


 
Prior to his performance at the Mad Decent Block Party in Philadelphia in early August, Dillon Francis sat down with Wired 965’s DJ Beatstreet to chat about his highly-anticipated debut album Money Sucks, Friends Rule. During the interview, Dillon discussed his love of all genres, how he connected with DJ Snake, his upcoming releases, and more.
 

“When I was growing up . . . I listened to everything — I just didn’t care. So that’s what I do in my productions: I don’t care. I love every style of music.”

Skrillex & Dillon Francis Join Deadmau5 for a Coffee Run

Daft Punk – Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger – Dillon Francis Remix


 
Following two successful performances at Coachella this year, Dillon Francis has released his remix of Daft Punk’s 2001 anthem “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” as a free download. The Los Angeles-based DJ/producer shared the track Sunday afternoon as a gift to his fans.

Girl Spills Drink on Dillon Francis’ Laptop


 
EDM cruise Holy Ship! went down this weekend but unfortunately not everyone had a great experience. According to inthemix, a girl accidentally spilled her drink on Dillon Francis’ laptop prior to his second set which stopped him from performing. As the video above depicts, Dillon and his crew attempted to make things work but the Mad Decent DJ eventually lashed out in frustration:
