DJ Rebel Remixes Black Eyed Peas’ ‘Shut Up’: DJcity Exclusive

Belgian DJ/producer DJ Rebel is back with a house remix of Black Eyed Peas‘ 2003 international hit, “Shut Up.” In 2020, Rebel and partnered with Los Angeles-based vocalist Joelii for a DJcity Records’ release titled, “Rivales.”

Regarding his latest remix, Rebel says, “I wanted to take these classic vocals and create a funky/tech house remix, one of those records that really can get the party started no matter where you’re DJing. Hope everyone likes it!”

Exclusive: Black Eyed Peas Rapper Taboo Releases New Track, ‘Magnificent’

Black Eyed Peas member Taboo has released a couple of solo singles since the group’s hiatus in 2011. Today, the Los Angeles rapper returns with a new hip-hop song titled “Magnificent.” The mid-tempo track follows will.i.am‘s announcement earlier this month that the band will reunite in the future.

Black Eyed Peas Return With New Track, ‘Yesterday’


 
After five years since their last album, the Black Eyed Peas have returned triumphantly with a new single called “Yesterday.”
 
The aptly-titled song is a tribute to hip-hop and contains dozens of samples, verses, and references to classics.
 
It should be noted that “Yesterday” doesn’t feature Fergie and sounds completely different from the Black Eyed Peas’ previous pop singles.
