Serato and Splice Announce ‘BeatFighter – ‘Slam Dunk’ Edition’ Beat Battle
Serato’s beatmaking competition series BeatFighter is back. The “Slam Dunk” edition, co-sponsored by music production platform Splice, invites aspiring producers to compete with challengers from around the globe for a shot at a $20,000 USD grand prize.
To enter, download the BeatFighter sound pack from Splice Sounds using the promo code “beatfighter”.
Make your hottest 1-minute beat in Serato Studio, then upload your screen recording to Instagram tagging #seratobeatfighter, @seratostudio, and @splice.
Finalists will be chosen on Instagram by way of interactive, public voting. A special guest judge will then pick the top three winners via a live stream on Serato’s Twitch channel. In addition to the $20,000 USD grand prize, 2nd place will be awarded $4,000 and 3rd place walks away with $1,000. Entries close on March 28, 2021.
