97.1 AMP Radio’s DJ Majestik has delivered a versatile mix for the DJcity Podcast. His half-hour set features dancehall, hip-hop, Latin, R&B and more.

The Los Angeles based DJ is an on-air personality on the AMP Morning Show, where his “AMP Mini Mixes” are broadcasted on weekdays. Majestik is also a featured mixer on Pitbull’s Globalization Channel on Sirius XM and the Hip-Hop and R&B curator for Beatsource.

Fat Joe’s ‘What’s Luv’ Remixed by Kevin D and Tom Push: DJcity Exclusive

Dutch DJs/producers Kevin D and Tom Push have linked up for a remix of Fat Joe‘s “What’s Luv” featuring Ashanti and Ja Rule. The track is available exclusively on DJcity.

In 2002, “What’s Luv” made it to No. 2 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. The remix adds some heavier moombahton-style drums while retaining the catchy vocals and melody of the original.

Sak Noel has reunited with Barnaton labelmates Salvi and Franklin Dam on the Latin house track “Tocame.” This collaboration between Barnaton and DJcity Records is available exclusively on DJcity.

Noel has kept up a busy release schedule as of late, including “Stay High” with Konshens and Mario Bautista, and “Demasiado Loca” alongside Lil Jon.

David Delane Wins Red Bull 3Style Germany Final

David Delane won the Red Bull 3Style X Germany National Final last Thursday, competing against DJ E.T.E, LaikyLaik, Mr. Tone, DJ Deiz, and DJ Kid Rush.

David Delane is an open-format DJ based out of Berlin. This is his first Red Bull 3Style national final win.

DJ Shadow Performs With De La Soul and Beat Junkies on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’

DJ Shadow and De La Soul recently performed their new single “Rocket Fuel” on Jimmy Kimmel Live. The legendary DJ and hip-hop group were joined by Melo-D and Babu from the Beat Junkies and a horn section.
