Thugli Performs on the MikiDz Show


Thugli’s performance on the MikiDz Show this Monday brought sound and energy like never before. The Toronto-based DJ/producer duo rocked our studio for more than a hour, dropping bass infused beats interspersed with skilled turntablism. Aside from their versatile and energetic performance, Thugli played many of their own tracks including new material that’s never been heard before. Shout out to everyone who attended the party and streamed online. Also, a big thanks goes to Ustream for featuring the MikiDz Show on their homepage for a second month in a row!

Pharrell’s new solo album, G I R L, is streaming for free via iTunes Radio in preparation of its March 3 release. The album features his highly anticipated follow-up collaboration with Daft Punk along with features from fellow superstars, Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys. G I R L marks an evolution from his previous solo projects and is one of the most musically complex efforts we’ve heard from him.

Drake ft. JAY Z – Pound Cake – ENFERNO Live Remix

DJ Jazzy Jeff to Perform on MikiDz Show


DJ Jazzy Jeff is one of our all-time favorites and we’ve wanted to feature him on the MikiDz Show since its launch in 2009. Now it’s official: the legendary party rocker will be performing on our next episode, which airs Tuesday, March 4th!

Few DJs have remained relevant throughout their careers and Jazzy Jeff is one of the rare exceptions. His talent, knowledge and enthusiasm has inspired DJs and fans for decades and we’re thrilled to feature him! Please take note that the show airs next Tuesday at 7:30pm PST (not Monday).

Also, shout out to everyone who watched Thugli’s epic performance on the MikiDz Show last night. The live stream was showcased on Ustream’s homepage marking our second feature of the year. We’re expecting to make history once again with Jazzy Jeff so don’t miss the show!
