Though he’s best known for producing electro house anthems, MAKJ is a versatile DJ and producer. Last year, the Californian proved it with a deep house track called “On & On.”

Today, MAK has shown his versatility again with a dubstep-influenced remix of Rae Sremmurd‘s “Black Beatles.” The new version is a complete makeover of the original Mike Will Made It-produced track, which just hit number one on Billboard’s Hot 100.

Rae Sremmurd’s strip club anthem “Throw Sum Mo” has received much-needed visuals. The Nicki Minaj and Young Thug-assisted track was one of the most-downloaded on DJcity in December and is currently the 19th most-Shazamed song in the US.

Mississippi’s Rae Sremmurd continue rising with “Throw Sum Mo” — a new single featuring Cash Money rappers Nicki Minaj and Young Thug. The 71 BPM track was produced by Soundz and will be featured on the duo’s debut album, SremmLife, due January 6.
 
Rae Sremmurd are proteges of super producer Mike Will Made It. Their first two singles, “No Flex Zone” and “No Type,” have each received millions of plays on SoundCloud.
