UK singer/songwriter Kelli-Leigh has shared the video for her solo debut single, “Do You Wanna Be Loved Like This.”

Leigh is best known for singing on hits like Duke Dumont‘s “I Got U,” Secondcity’s “I Wanna Feel,” and the Bingo Players‘ “Cry (Just a Little),” though she wasn’t listed as an artist on any of them. She most recently collaborated with James Hype as a credited vocalist on his UK Top 10 hit, “More Than Friends.”

Filmed in Dubai, the visual finds Leigh driving and dancing on a road in the middle of nowhere while her boyfriend is tied up in the trunk.

“Do You Wanna Be Loved Like This” has also received a remix by UK producer OFFset. BBC Radio 1’s MistaJam named the remix as one of his “self-certified” future anthems in March.

Rising DJ/producer James Hype has teamed up with in-demand singer Kelli Leigh for a UK house anthem, “More Than Friends.” The track combines bass-heavy production with the lyrics from En Vogue’s 1996 R&B classic, “Don’t Let Go (Love).”

A staple in the UK house scene, Leigh is best known for singing on hits like Duke Dumont‘s “I Got U” and Secondcity’s “I Wanna Feel.” In 2011, she collaborated with the Bingo Players on the anthem “Cry (Just a Little).”

James tells us:

“I started to make ‘More Than Friends’ over a year ago and just couldn’t quite get it where I wanted it. Then by chance, I hooked up with Kelli Leigh on Twitter, and everything quickly fell into place. Being the first vocal I ever recorded, it opened my eyes to a whole new level of songwriting past just making beats. So after a year of re-recording and road testing the track, it’s finally ready to light up every club’s dance floor.”
