Watch AlunaGeorge’s Video for ‘I’m In Control’ Ft. Popcaan


 
Rising duo AlunaGeorge has dropped a video for their new single “I’m In Control” featuring Jamaican singer Popcaan. The dancehall-influenced track is currently number 10 on DJcity’s Hot Box chart and follows their popular collab with ZHU, “Automatic.”
 
The video was shot in the Dominican Republic and features Aluna and her friends hanging out and cruising around town on motorcycles. Watch above and download the track on DJcity.

Skrillex and Diplo have released visuals for the AlunaGeorge-assisted “To Ü” — the third single off their debut Jack Ü album. The song recently received remixes from Armand Van Helden, Clean Bandit, and Oliver.

Watch DJ Snake and AlunaGeorge’s ‘You Know You Like It’ Video


 
DJ Snake’s remix of AlunaGeorge’s “You Know You Like It” has been out for over a year but was released as a single earlier this month on Island Records UK/Interscope Records. Today, the infectious rework has received visuals which includes apes, guns and topless females. The video’s Grammy-nominated director Dori Oskowitz explained the meaning behind it:
 
“Two years ago, I was searching images for a treatment and stumbled upon an image of monkey dude in a hoodie sitting at a diner. I think the photo was for a cigarette ad or maybe an anti-smoking ad,” Dori told Complex. “I loved it. I kept it even though it had nothing to do with what I was writing on at the time. Then I forgot about it.”
 
“When I got this DJ Snake track and heard Aluna sing ‘If you wanna train me, like an animal,’ I came back to that image. I then listened and stared at the photo for a while. That’s the genesis of it.”
