Are Reloop’s RP-8000 and RP-7000 turntables viable alternatives to the Technics 1200? DJcityTV’s Mojaxx finds out in this week’s episode of Tips & Tricks. He also looks at Reloop’s budget turntable, the RP-2000.

    Good review as always.

I have a pair of 7000’s and both the tonearms are loose. Not really a problem playing serato, but when scratching regular vinyl you can hear it jiggle slightly… Thinking about trying to swap the straight tonearm on.

Other than that, I absolutely love these decks, replaced my techs with them and haven’t looked back.

Mojaxx..how plug and play are the 8000 for traktor users with a z2 mixer? Thx

Check out my review of the original s-arm 8000 which I did for DJ Techtools on YouTube. I specifically focused on using them with Traktor in that one.
