YUTO Wins Red Bull 3Style Japan Final

YUTO won the Red Bull 3Style X Japan National Final on December 6, competing against DJ Makoto, KATO-P, Kei-Jay, DJ LAIAN, and S-TONE.
Yuto is a renowned turntablist and producer based in Tokyo. He won the 2018 Goldie Awards DJ Battle Championship, and the 2016 DMC World Championship. This is his first Red Bull 3Style national final win.

Watch Lizzo’s ‘Good As Hell’ Video
Lizzo has dropped a music video for her uplifting anthem “Good As Hell.” Following up on the runaway success of “Truth Hurts,” “Good As Hell” is currently No. 1 on the Billboard Pop Songs chart and reached No. 3 on Billboard’s Hot 100.
In the video, Lizzo shows her school spirit by conducting a marching band and providing inspiration to the students at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Serato and DJcity Launch Serato Studio Beat Making Competition
To celebrate the release of Serato Studio 1.4, Serato and DJcity have collaborated on a beat making challenge. Aspiring producers have until January 28, 2020 for their chance to win $4000 worth of Pioneer DJ gear, Serato Studio and Serato DJ Suite licences, a one-year DJcity record pool subscription, and a $50 Beatsource gift card.
To enter, applicants must make a one-minute DJ edit using Serato Studio and the acapella provided by DJcity Records, Makasi & Gregoir Cruz‘ “Manos En Mi” featuring Tima Dee. Then, film your creation and share the video to Instagram (tag @seratostudio and use the hashtag #seratostudio in your post).
