Diddy recently spoke at a SXSW panel hosted by Forbes about today’s youth, the power of disruptive media and his new TV network, Revolt.

“We have to listen to people that are actually in the culture…we have to be able to empower them and let them make mistakes and be successful.”

“Disruption has been the key to a lot of success.”
