With his sophomore album currently in the works, Kendrick Lamar made his return to “Saturday Night Live” last night to perform the lead single, “i.” The Compton rapper also performed his verse from Jay Rock’s “Pay For It,” which is currently the 8th most Shazamed hip-hop song in the world. Both performances were impressive and featured a live band with backing singers.
