DJ Woody Drops New Version of ‘I Got Styles’ Routine
DJ Woody’s “I Got Styles” video was one of the most-watched scratch routines on DJcity in 2014. The visuals were pretty basic, though, and now the award-winning turntablist has returned with a better-looking version filmed in his hometown of Manchester, England.
The video is part of Macho Zapp’s “Scratch Obsession” — a unique multimedia experience that explores the world of turntablism.
According to the site, Woody’s routine consists of 485 individual movements of the crossfader and 333 movements of the vinyl.
