UPDATED 7/29/13 at 8:44pm PST: Diplo has changed his Twitter handle to “diplo-rida” in an apparent protest of Flo Rida’s new video.
Diplo has accused and threatened Flo Rida for ripping off his “Bubble Butt” and “Butter’s Theme” videos. Diplo’s response was prompted by Flo’s new music video for “Can’t Believe It” featuring Pitbull which dropped yesterday.
Flo Rida’s video features a gang of butts presented in a similar style which Diplo feels is a copy. Here’s what he had to say earlier today via Twitter:
Tbh my beef w @official_flo is kinda lame.. My team will just stay being creative and working hard. We got ideas forever
