Red Hot Chili Peppers’ ‘Can’t Stop’ Remixed by Kid Cut Up and Jason Edward
Kid Cut Up recording a mix for 247HH’s Lab Live Sessions. (Ranadeb Choudhury)
DJcity’s Kid Cut Up has provided us with dozens of exclusive edits and bootlegs over the last year. One of the latest, a blend of Jidenna’s “Classic Man” and Major Lazer’s “Lean On,” was the thirtieth most downloaded track on DJcity in August.
The Milwaukee native is expanding his horizons, though, and recently teamed up with Jason Edward on a remix of the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “Can’t Stop.” Cut Up has dropped remixes before, but his twerked-out version of the 2002 hit marks the beginning of an effort to release more of them.
Edward, like Cut Up, has also seen success on DJcity. His remix of “The Next Episode” with Dani Deahl was the thirteenth most downloaded track on DJcity in May.
Stream their remix below and download it on DJcity.
