T.I. Says He Predicted Iggy Azalea’s Success
With four tracks in Billboard’s Hot 100 chart and millions of online plays, it’s safe to say Iggy Azalea is one of the hottest musicians in the world right now.
During a recent interview with Power 106’s Big Boy’s Neighborhood, T.I., who signed the Australian rapper back in 2012, spoke about his first encounter with her, how he knew she was destined to become a superstar, and the strategy he took in developing her.
“I knew [that] with the proper planning and execution of skills, the sky was the limit for her.”
T.I.’s latest single, “No Mediocre,” features a verse from Azalea and was the #16 most-downloaded track on DJcity in June.
