Skrillex Fan Sues Over Alleged Stage Dive Incident
A fan has reportedly sued Skrillex over an incident that occurred during a 2012 concert in Los Angeles at The Belasco, according to TMZ. Jennifer Fraissl claims that Skrillex aka Sonny John Moore jumped from the stage and landed on her causing several injuries and later a stroke.
“Fraissl says she was standing near the front when Skrillex beckoned the crowd forward — making it impossible for her to leave or even protect herself — and that’s when Skrillex jumped from his table, several feet above the stage.”
Fraissl is now suing both Skrillex and The Belasco. She’s asking for unspecified damages which include medical expenses, loss of income, and more.
