Serato has launched an Instagram competition to promote its new expansion pack, Flip, which was released earlier this month with Serato DJ 1.7.
Flip enables users to record cue point and censor actions, which can be saved and looped, ready to re-trigger and start in an instant.
To enter, DJs can make an Instagram video of their best and most creative Flip and tag it with the hashtag #SeratoFlipNV. The winner will receive a Numark NV DJ controller and AKAI AFX controller, with second and third place each receiving a Serato “goodie bag.”
Entries open September 30 at 12pm NZ PST and close October 16 at 12pm NZ PST.
Serato will then select the finalist videos on October 17 and re-post them on their Instagram account for public voting. The videos with the highest, second highest and third highest “likes” by October 20 will be deemed as winners respectively.
