Pioneer DJ Announces XDJ-RR Controller
Pioneer DJ has announced the XDJ-RR, its latest all-in-one DJ system for rekordbox.
The device is intended to help DJs “make the transition from playing at home to performing at parties, bars and eventually clubs.” As such, it inherits a number of features from the company’s professional NXS2 range.
Like the XDJ-RX2, which was recently reviewed on DJcityTV, the XDJ-RR can be used standalone with USB drives or with a laptop that’s equipped with the rekordbox dj software.
Its features include:
– Dual USB ports for playback and mix recording
– Seven-inch color screen
– Performance controls including hot cue, beat loop, slip loop, and beat jump
– Three beat FX: echo, reverb, and flanger
– Four sound color FX: filter, noise, dub echo, and pitch
– Comes with rekordbox DJ software
