DJ Reflex Discusses the Role of Radio DJs [Video]
The Role of Radio DJs panel at 2013’s Scion Music(less) Music Conference brought together a crew of influential DJs and thinkers to talk about what the radio can offer emerging artists.
Participants included Raul Campos of renowned public radio station KCRW, DJ Reflex of Los Angeles’s hip-hop mainstay Power 106 and Jackie Kajzer of the nationally syndicated metal show Full Metal Jackie.
The trio discussed topics such as discovering new music, the process of breaking records, building relationships with listeners, the role of satellite radio and more. You can watch the entire panel below:
