Can DJing be a Music Therapy Tool?
Can DJing be a music therapy tool? Can a shy kid perform in front of thousands? Will doctors prescribe music instead of Xanax one day? These are the questions asked in a new documentary that follows an up-and-coming DJ who suffers from social anxiety disorder.
“Before We Were Kings” is currently in production but the filmmaker is hoping to raise funds through a Kickstarter campaign in order to complete it.
Participating DJs include Wolfgang Gartner, Moby, Sander Kleinenberg, DJ Illanoise, Sandra Collins, DJ Robbie Wilde and others.
