‘Bedroom Sessions’ featuring DJ Australan


 
We’ve received a ton of submissions since launching our Bedroom Sessions series last August but few have impressed us as much as Thomas Musil aka DJ Australan from the Czech Republic.
 
Born in Brisbane, Australia, Musil began DJing at 20 years old and became the Vice Champion of the Czech & Slovakia DMC DJ Championship in 2012. A year later, he became a finalist in Red Bull Thre3style’s Lucky Bastid Competition. DJcity TV’s new episode of Bedroom Sessions features DJ Australan throwing down a five minute set of club-friendly hip-hop interspersed with skillful scratching, clean juggles and even a little bit of tone play.
 
DJcity recognizes there’s a ton of dope DJs from across the globe who deserve more shine. To showcase their talent, we’ve created a series called Bedroom Sessions which features folks throwing down sets in their homes.
