Dr. Dre Talks New Music Subscription Service, Getting Back Into the Studio & More [Video]


Dr. Dre called Big Boy’s Neighborhood today and discussed Beats By Dre’s new music subscription service (code name “Daisy”), Eminem’s new project and getting back into the studio.

For those who aren’t aware, Beats acquired music streaming service MOG last year and in January announced a new service that they claim will revolutionize the way we consume music.

Not much is known about “Daisy” but Beats recently spun off the project into a separate firm, raising $60 million in the process. We’ve been hearing about this project for a while and can’t wait to see how it turns out.

“Daisy” is expected to launch in late 2013.
