Watch Adam Baum’s ‘Cold as Ice’ Scratch Routine
Back in December, we posted a video of Roli Rho juggling M.O.P.’s “Cold as Ice,” which samples Foreigner’s 1977 song of the same name. Today, we’re sharing a routine by Adam Baum (formerly DJ@War), which is based on the same sample. Watch above as the Pennsylvania native flips his original production with two Technics, a Z2 mixer, and a Maschine controller.
Fun fact: Mark Ronson’s stepdad, Mick Jones, is a founding member of Foreigner.
