The nominations for the 58th annual Grammy Awards were announced this morning and Kendrick Lamar has a lot to be happy about. The Compton rapper leads with a total of 11 nominations, followed by Taylor Swift and The Weekend, who each scored seven.
Surprisingly, Major Lazer and DJ Snake’s summer smash “Lean On” didn’t receive any nominations. Neither did Future’s critically acclaimed album DS2, and Fetty Wap, the latter of which wasn’t nominated for Best New Artist.
