DJ Shintaro Wins Red Bull Thr3style World Championship 2013


Last night, Japan’s DJ Shintaro won the 2013 Red Bull Thre3style World Championship. The competition took place at The Kool Haus in Toronto, Canada.

Taking second place was Chile’s DJ Byte followed by Germany’s DJ Eskei 83 at third. The final battle also featured Trentino (USA), Marquinhos Espinosa (Brazil) and Bazooka (Switzerland). Listen to their sets below:

RL Grime – 2013 Halloween Mix


RL Grime has unleashed his highly-anticipated 2013 Halloween Mix featuring 60 minutes of hip-hop and trap bangers. While often labeled as a trap DJ/producer, Grime’s new mix might be the most hip-hop centric we’ve ever heard from him. It doesn’t surprise us though, as Grime stated in a recent interview that he grew up on the genre and considers himself an “instrumental hip-hop producer.”
