Alicia Keys<\/a>‘ afrobeats-influenced single “In Common<\/a>” has received a house remix from Kaskade<\/a>. The veteran DJ\/producer’s version combines Alicia’s sultry vocals with a new bass-heavy instrumental. <\/p>\n

\u201cI listened to the song and loved it immediately,\u201d Kaskade said in a statement. \u201cAlicia Keys\u2019 voice is huge in this vulnerable way. And deep house is just another spin on what she\u2019s doing. I couldn\u2019t help myself. I didn\u2019t even ask for \u2013 or get \u2013 permission. I pulled the parts together myself, put them back together in my way, and sent it to her.\u201d<\/p>\n
