What is the DJcity record pool?
DJcity is a promotional music subscription service that enables professional DJs to download the latest club and radio music in MP3 format.

How much does DJcity cost?
We have two plans, billed in 1-month or 6-month increments. The 1-month plan costs £20. The 6-month plan costs £100 and provides the best value with £20 in savings. New users are billed £10 for the first month, and then the 1-month or 6-month price after.
Please note: DJcity previously offered a 3-month plan for £60 that is no longer available. All plans will continue to be automatically billed according to the plan you originally selected at sign-up until you cancel your subscription.
Is DJcity legal?
Yes. DJcity works directly with record labels, artists and producers to deliver the best new music.
Is DJcity PRS and GEMA compliant?
Yes, DJcity works with PRS and GEMA to follow all licensing rules in their respective territories.
What type of music does DJcity provide?
DJcity specializes in club and radio music for DJs, including hip-hop, house, R&B, Latin, trap, twerk, deep house, reggae, dancehall and other popular genres. You can browse and search our entire catalog here.
Does DJcity’s catalog contain classics and throwbacks?
No, our licenses allow us to promote new music only.

Can I keep the music?
Yes, downloaded tracks are yours to keep.
What type of files does DJcity provide for download?
We strive to provide the highest quality MP3 files available. Files with bitrates lower than 320kbps are noted as such and replaced with higher quality versions as soon as they become available. DJcity never posts low quality radio rips.
Is there a download limit?
There is no limit to the number of tracks you can download. However, there is a limit of three downloads per version of each track. This means for each individual track in our library, you can download the clean version three times, the dirty version three times, the instrumental version three times, etc. DJcity constantly monitors our system for abuse. This includes but is not limited to account sharing, using scripts or other automated methods of mass downloading, attempting to bypass the download limit policy, and other means of circumventing the system restrictions. Continued warnings and abuse could result in immediate account cancellation without a refund. If you believe your account has been compromised, please change your password immediately.
Do the tracks work with Serato, Traktor, Rekordbox and other DVS software?
Yes, all of the tracks in DJcity’s catalog are compatible with the leading DVS software, including Serato, Traktor and Rekordbox. Every MP3 comes pre-filled with the following metadata: artist, track title and BPM. Standardized cue points and beatgrids are also included for Serato.
Do you offer music videos?
DJcity currently does not have the license to distribute music videos.
Am I allowed to include music that I download from DJcity in my mixes?
Yes, you may include music for promotional purposes as long as you follow the rules of your distribution platform (Soundcloud, Mixcloud, YouTube, etc.).
I can’t find a track that used to be on DJcity. Where did it go?
Tracks remain in DJcity’s catalog for about six months, but sometimes longer. After that period, tracks may be removed from the site in order to comply with our promotional licenses. The availability period may vary for each release, and can change without notice.

How do I update my credit card?
To update your billing information, visit your account page here. If you do not see the ability to update your credit card info on this page, please contact us here to update your credit card. If you pay for your subscription by PayPal, you can log into your account on the PayPal website and update payment method use to pay for your DJcity subscription.
What payment methods does DJcity accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Why was I charged more than once?
DJcity’s subscription service automatically renews according to your selected plan unless you choose to cancel. You can submit a cancellation request here.
How do I get my invoice?
You can view your billing history and download copies of your receipts here.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To end your automatic billing, select the “Cancel Subscription” button on Your Account page here. After you complete the cancellation process, you will not be billed again. To provide sufficient time for account processing and prevent any issues related to time zone differences, please ensure you cancel no later than 48 hours prior to the “next billing date” shown on your account billing page.
After cancellation, you will have full access to the record pool until the end of your billing cycle.
