Dillon Francis has recruited Bronx-based vocalist Young Ash for a new moombahton single titled “BaBaBa (Vete Pa’Ya).” The track is the third release from his forthcoming Spanish-language studio album.

Francis described his inspiration for the song in the press release:

“For my album, I really wanted to make a song reminiscent of ‘Que Que,’ but an elevated version of it that was fun yet tough sounding. Young Ash’s flow on this is exactly that. It’s truly one of my favorite tracks from the project. Her voice is so strong and striking which makes for such an incredible gritty moombahton song.”

The new single has also received an accompanying stop-motion vertical video. Directed by Joel Strong, the visual shows cardboard cutouts of Francis and Ash being moved around by human hands.

“BaBaBa (Vete Pa’Ya)” follows Dillon’s singles “Ven” featuring Arcangel and Quimico Ultra Mega and “We The Funk” featuring Fuego. Dillon’s Spanish album, which remains unnamed, will be released later this year via his independent record label, IDGAFOS.
