WiDE AWAKE Drops Trap Remix of Adele’s ‘Hello’
UK DJ/producer duo WiDE AWAKE has released a remix of Adele’s smash single “Hello.” Clocking in at 70 BPM, the rework maintains Adele’s soulful vocals but adds a hard-hitting trap drop alongside the chorus.
The music video for “Hello” has broken two records so far. First, it beat out Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” for most-viewed video on YouTube in 24 hours, and now the ballad is the second fastest video to reach 100 million views, behind PSY’s “Gangnam Style.” The single is also on track to sell one million copies in its first week.
